Drivoagent ("we," "us," or "our") operates the drivoagent.com website and the Drivoagent mobile application (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: when you sign up, we collect your email address and name via Google Firebase Authentication.
- Usage data: cars you search, negotiation sessions, and purchases you make, stored to power your dashboard and saved deals.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles it securely.
How we use your information
- To provide the Service — saving your searches, negotiations, and unlocked Deal Packages.
- To process payments for premium features.
- To improve the Service and respond to support requests.
How your information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run the app: Google Firebase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and MarketCheck and NHTSA (vehicle data lookups). The AI negotiation feature is powered by Anthropic; the messages you send to the AI are processed to generate responses and are not used to identify you.
Data retention & deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email us at the address below and we will remove it.
Security
We use industry-standard providers (Firebase, Stripe, Vercel) with encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
